Madhu Iron Dosa Tawa 26 cm

Material: mild steel sheet iron (not cast iron).

A dosa tawa in sturdy mild steel sheet iron with a natural black finish, valued for the way iron seasons over time and delivers crisp, even dosas. Once seasoned, it gives the deep browning and authentic taste of a traditional iron tawa. Made for gas-stove use as it is not induction compatible.
